Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Confucianism, Hinduism, Jainism, Humanism, Mohism, Scientology, Sikhism, etc. all express the golden rule. It can be traced back to Ancient Egypt and to Confucius.
Why is such an universally expressed idea so seldom followed?
